Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are hygiene items, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged bags or cases within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Wholesale orders: Returns on wholesale and pallet orders must be approved in advance. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
